This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Region North in alignment with global objectives.
• Direct pre-marketing, product launches, and lifecycle management strategies for BeOne offerings.
• Manage P&L, forecasting, and the annual brand planning process.
• Lead the Key Account Management (KAM) team, focusing on sales force sizing, deployment, segmentation, targeting, KPIs, and incentive structures.
• Ensure excellence in marketing through omnichannel strategies and collaborative efforts across functions.
• Enhance Sales Effectiveness with analytics, dashboards, and insights to inform business decisions.
• Supervise training, capability development, and scientific skill enhancement within commercial teams.
• Establish robust partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), oncology societies, and institutional stakeholders.
• Serve as the local Business representative for BeOne at the Pharma Association in Colombia.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field; postgraduate education is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; at least 5 years in senior commercial positions.
• Required experience in Oncology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the oncology landscape within Region North.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Skilled in MS Office and analytics software.
