• Collaborate directly with dedicated main house wholesalers to nurture a strategic relationship at a higher organizational level within the wholesaler's structure.
• Utilize a strategic and forward-thinking approach to enhance AB’s role and visibility among wholesalers within your designated market.
• Assist wholesalers while driving commercial ownership and providing strategic oversight of the annual business plan.
• Develop robust business relationships with key wholesalers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between company objectives and customer goals.
• Supervise the development of the Commercial plan, Wholesaler Joint Business Plans (WJBP), and essential Commercial processes, which include but are not limited to: pricing strategy development & price increase sell-in, Cents per case audits, and Forecasting Reviews.
• Manage comprehensive Wholesaler Management and relationships, which involve Wholesaler planning & performance routine meetings (innovation, channel, and non-alc), Trimester planning & strategy execution, and AOE & WEA evaluations.
• Oversee and take ownership of the Sales, Share, and Financial performance of dedicated wholesalers.
• Deliver regular report-outs during the Sales Performance Reviews with senior management.
• Comprehend market dynamics and industry-specific trends to provide new insights and solutions that drive results and foster future growth.
• Possess a complete understanding and capability to leverage available tools for strategic business oversight: Power BI, Circana/IRI, BIR, RMIS, etc.
• Support and manage pilot projects on an ad-hoc basis.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of Sales and/or Marketing experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer packaged goods sector; possesses comprehensive knowledge of company products and industry best practices.
• Capability to comprehend and formulate strategic direction and plans to achieve results.
• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for developing and engaging individuals to create a high-performance sales team.
• Excellent internal and external customer service and communication skills.
• Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining relationships with employees, customers, and all external partners.
• Ability to excel in a competitive and dynamic work environment, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
