This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance enterprise clinical supervision models, clinician competency frameworks, and practice development strategies to ensure consistent, high-quality clinical care.
• Create scalable supervision standards, training pathways for supervisors, and development practices informed by outcomes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Practice, Measurement-Based Care, Clinical Operations, Learning & Development, Research, and clinical leadership.
• Develop and implement enterprise clinical supervision standards, models, and expectations.
• Define clinician competency expectations and establish performance development pathways.
• Integrate measurement-based care, outcomes data, and quality insights into supervision methodologies.
• Convert clinical standards and insights from outcomes into enhancements in clinician performance.
• Improve supervision techniques for specialty populations, programs, and innovative therapies.
• Design scalable training, coaching, assessment, and certification pathways for supervisors in collaboration with Learning & Development.
• Assist in training, education, implementation, and certification resources related to evidence-based practices and specialty care.
• Promote professional growth through advanced learning opportunities, consultation, and mentorship.
• Aid in leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with Research teams on outcome studies, publications, presentations, and scholarly activities.
• Assess emerging therapeutic models and innovative tools in conjunction with Information Technology, Clinical Operations, and external partners.
• Act as a thought leader at conferences, speaking engagements, industry collaborations, and partnerships outside the organization.
• Contribute to enterprise practice development strategies that promote clinical excellence, measurement-based care, clinician development, and readiness for value-based care.
• Recommend supervision models, competency frameworks, training priorities, clinical development resources, and strategies for performance improvement.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to cross-functional partners and contributors; may oversee team members, contractors, or matrixed contributors.
• Travel periodically for enterprise meetings, clinical leadership discussions, conferences, implementation activities, or operational engagement.
• An advanced clinical degree, such as a Clinical Psychology PhD, PsyD, or equivalent clinical training and experience.
• An active professional license in good standing, as required by the candidate’s discipline and the work performed.
• 7–10+ years of experience in clinical supervision, training, therapist development, clinical leadership, psychotherapy practice standards, or related roles in behavioral health.
• Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy modalities, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, exposure-based treatments, or other recognized therapeutic approaches.
• Experience in developing, executing, or scaling clinical supervision models, competency frameworks, professional development programs, or training pathways for supervisors.
• Capability to translate clinical evidence, outcomes data, measurement-based care insights, and best practices into scalable supervision standards, training resources, and clinician development strategies.
• Experience collaborating with clinical operations or cross-functional teams to implement care models, clinical standards, or practice improvement initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across matrixed teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Expertise in competency-based education, clinical supervision models, clinician development, and performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based psychotherapy, adherence to therapeutic models, supervision best practices, and outcomes-informed care.
• Ability to utilize measurement-based care and performance data to identify development needs, direct supervision priorities, and foster continuous improvement.
• Proficient in coaching, mentorship, consultation, and leadership development.
• Systems thinking capability and the ability to scale supervision and clinician development practices across a large, complex organization.
• Capacity to drive adoption, behavior change, and practice improvement among clinical teams.
• Strong written communication skills, including contributions to publications, presentations, clinical resources, and executive-ready materials.
• High standards for clinical quality, patient safety, ethics, equity, privacy, and compliance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Preferred: experience in a large, multi-site, multi-state behavioral health, outpatient mental health, or healthcare delivery organization.
• Preferred: experience integrating measurement-based care, outcomes data, or quality metrics into clinical supervision or clinician development practices.
• Preferred: familiarity with implementation science, behavior change frameworks, quality improvement methods, or care model implementation.
• Preferred: experience developing supervisor training, clinical certification, competency assessment, or professional development programs.
• Preferred: experience contributing to research, publications, professional presentations, clinical thought leadership, or initiatives aimed at clinical excellence.
