This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the VP of Clinical R&D to conceptualize and develop clinical products.
• Convert clinical and operational requirements into product features and technical specifications.
• Offer insights on clinical best practices, care team operations, and feedback to product and technology partners.
• Manage cross-functional workflows, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders from initial concept through development and launch.
• Identify and address concerns related to workflow, operations, and implementation.
• Transform clinical programming frameworks into actionable care delivery workflows.
• Oversee the clinical and operational execution of product features from release to implementation and adoption.
• Create and provide training and support materials for clinical teams.
• Organize post-release support and tackle challenges related to implementation, training, and workflows.
• Track product adoption, effectiveness, and collect team feedback.
• Establish a feedback loop among care teams, Clinical, Product, and Engineering sectors.
• Identify enhancements for product functionality, clinical workflows, and user experience.
• Offer clinical expertise for prompts, AI training tools, and AI-driven clinical workflows.
• Assist in testing and validating AI-enabled products and workflows to ensure clinical integrity, usability, and patient safety.
• Monitor AI-enabled tools and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a small caseload of 1-3 patients or provide clinical consultation for high-acuity patients.
• Over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, healthcare technology, clinical program development, or a related field; relevant master's-level education may count towards this requirement.
• More than 8 years of experience in developing and enhancing clinical and care operations, collaborating directly with product and technology teams, particularly in digital mental health or a closely related setting.
• Proven experience in translating clinical workflows into product requirements, system designs, or technological solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and spearheading change management initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a startup environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: Licensure in clinical mental health (LPC/LMHC, PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Willingness to obtain licensure in all 50 states.
• Preferred: Experience in a startup environment during rapid growth and scaling periods.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled healthcare products, including aspects of AI training, evaluation, implementation, or workflow integration.
