Director, Clinical Development – Lead Medical Monitor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for BeOne Clinical and Medical assets through the effective execution of clinical development programs.

• Collaboratively develop strategies for clinical programs and ensure implementation within the anticipated scope, budget, and timelines.

• Facilitate the creation, authorship, updating, and review of essential documents.

• Collaborate with clinical operations and various functional areas to ensure the successful execution of clinical studies.

• Offer scientific expertise for the selection of investigators and vendors.

• Train BeOne team members, CRO personnel, and study site staff.

• Provide scientific and medical assistance throughout clinical trials.

• Review, query, and analyze data from clinical trials.

• Interpret and present findings from clinical trial data.

• Develop and present slide decks related to clinical studies or programs.

• Establish and maintain networks with opinion leaders and investigators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical companies.

• MD degree or its foreign equivalent.

• Previous involvement in clinical development programs across all phases of clinical trials.

• Experience in clinical oncology is preferred; however, outstanding experience in other therapeutic areas may be considered.

• In-depth understanding of global clinical study design and the drug development process.

• Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with GCP and ICH Guidelines.

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a global environment.

• Willingness to engage in work-related travel of approximately 25%.

• Experience in developing and supporting related SOPs and policies.

• Knowledge of industry-standard Clinical Development IT solutions.
