📋 Description

• The Director of Clinical Delivery Strategy serves as a senior strategic and operational leader within the Clinical Delivery organization.

• This position is tasked with driving sustainable and scalable enhancements across Clinical Delivery teams.

• The role operates at the convergence of strategy, operations, and execution, converting enterprise objectives into actionable improvements.

• The Director is accountable for recognizing high-impact opportunities, crafting enhanced operating models and workflows, and spearheading complex change initiatives.

• Achieving success in this position necessitates strong collaboration with Clinical Delivery leaders, frontline teams, Data & Analytics, Product/Technology, and senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Over 8 years of pertinent experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, clinical operations, patient recruitment, or similar fields.

• More than 3 years of experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
