Director, Clinical Delivery Strategy

📋 Description

• The Director of Clinical Delivery Strategy serves as a senior strategic and operational leader within the Clinical Delivery organization.

• This position is tasked with fostering scalable and sustainable enhancements throughout Clinical Delivery teams.

• Operating at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and execution, this role translates enterprise priorities into actionable improvements.

• The Director will identify high-impact opportunities, develop enhanced operating models and workflows, and spearhead complex change initiatives.

• Achieving success in this position necessitates strong collaboration with Clinical Delivery leaders, frontline teams, Data & Analytics, Product/Technology, and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, clinical operations, patient recruitment, or similar fields.

• At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be taken into account.
