This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the implementation and management of new client Patient Services programs, encompassing Hub, Patient Assistance, Copay/Affordability, and Direct-to-Patient initiatives.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the implementation process and act as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Monitor and manage internal workstreams to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the PMO Project Manager as well as necessary internal departments and personnel.
• Prepare clients for implementation and operations, which includes design, configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.
• Develop implementation documentation such as Business Process Flows, Business Rules Documents, Program Correspondence, and Enrollment Forms.
• Validate system requirements documentation, which includes user stories, design documents, and data transfer agreements.
• Facilitate internal and external reviews of implementation documentation.
• Strategize, organize, and coordinate projects, programs, and services for EVERSANA and Patient Services.
• Exhibit a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion while proactively addressing bias.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; various degree programs are accepted.
• A minimum of 5–6 years of prior experience at EVERSANA in Patient Services and/or a relevant healthcare organization for the Implementation Director role.
• Proven experience in implementing Patient Services programs or overseeing complex Patient Services initiatives.
• Experience in managing pharmaceutical client relationships.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio are required for the Implementation Manager position.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI for enhancing process efficiency is preferred.
• Previous experience with the implementation of Biopharma Patient Services programs is desirable.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Healthcloud is preferred.
• Availability to work 40–50 hours per week, 5 days a week.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% based on client location and/or required client meetings.
• Capability to meet the necessary physical and mental demands, which include standing and/or sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting/moving up to 25 pounds.
