This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take full ownership of the renewal and expansion performance for managed services, ensuring outstanding net revenue retention and minimized churn.
• Develop and execute structured playbooks for renewals and expansions, emphasizing value realization and outcome-driven strategies.
• Propel upselling and cross-selling initiatives that are closely linked to client adoption, growth roadmaps, and alignment at the executive level.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing client management team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Build long-lasting, trusted partnerships with clients through effective stakeholder engagement and proactive risk management.
• Collaborate across various functions to align customer strategies with internal delivery, product, and financial objectives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary in line with the role's purpose.
• Demonstrated success in driving renewals, expansions, and net revenue retention within IT managed services or SaaS sectors.
• Proven experience in managing strategic enterprise accounts and cultivating strong relationships with C-level executives.
• Strong leadership capabilities with previous experience in developing and mentoring account management or client success teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of revenue growth strategies, value-based client engagement, and adoption-focused initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills within a fast-paced, global business setting.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
