This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Monitor global market trends related to key industries, pertinent vendors, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide guidance to CIOs and IT Executives.
• Establish credibility as an expert in AI and platform technologies while representing Gartner Business and Technology Insights.
• Engage in ideation and cohort discussions on technical subjects impacting CIOs, with a focus on AI.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to deliver thought-provoking insights tailored for C-level clients.
• Produce evidence-based, easily digestible, defensible, and actionable content.
• Provide high-quality, actionable counsel to CIOs, AI Leaders, and Technology Executives.
• Develop and present content for webinars, executive briefings, and client-facing events.
• Offer exceptional sales and service support to enhance client retention and growth for the Gartner client base.
• Identify opportunities for research process enhancements or develop new processes to achieve team excellence.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Over 8 years of experience serving as an information technology executive in sectors such as government, banking, manufacturing, or healthcare.
• A solid technical foundation based on experience in IT department engineering disciplines (e.g., platform engineer for AI, systems engineer, information security engineer, cloud engineer, solutions architect).
• Experience in preparing organizations for AI adoption—specifically in modernizing data architecture and cloud computing capabilities to support AI agent orchestration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience that equates to this requirement.
• Ability to demonstrate executive presence; capable of establishing credibility with executives and stakeholders instantly.
• Exhibits learning agility and proficiency in navigating complex, matrixed environments.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative atmosphere.
• Strong organizational abilities; adept at meeting tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.
• Excellent communicator skilled in simplifying complex concepts and conveying them effectively.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and presentation skills; capable of engaging clients and addressing inquiries efficiently.
• Expertise in data analysis and synthesis; able to apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions relevant to client challenges.
• Ability to work autonomously, with intrinsic motivation to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others in a multicultural global setting.
