This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of change management strategies across the enterprise to facilitate successful organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to design and execute change initiatives that align with business goals, organizational culture, and the employee experience.
• Oversee intricate, cross-departmental change projects and provide strategic guidance to ensure effective adoption and favorable business results.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on matters of change management, organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee experience strategies.
• Establish and manage comprehensive frameworks, methodologies, tools, and standards for change management and leadership.
• Enhance organizational capability through training, coaching, advisory services, and reusable tools that empower leaders to navigate change effectively.
• Assist leaders in addressing significant and ambiguous organizational challenges by aligning stakeholders and fostering consensus.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team responsible for executing enterprise change initiatives and supporting portfolio services.
• Collaborate across business functions to unify communication, culture, experience, and change strategies into a cohesive organizational framework.
• Promote continuous improvement by assessing emerging industry trends, best practices, and innovative methods for organizational transformation.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in change management, organizational culture, employee experience, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience advising executive leadership on organizational design, transformation, talent strategy, or enterprise change projects.
• In-depth knowledge of change management, organizational culture, employee experience, operating models, organizational design, engagement, and human-centered design.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and complex projects within large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience working directly with executive and senior leadership teams on high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional ability to influence without formal authority, manage ambiguity, and unite diverse stakeholder groups around common objectives.
• Strong executive presence complemented by excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and the capability to develop executive-level strategy documents, decision frameworks, and presentations.
• Experience in leading consulting firms, healthcare, research, or similarly complex organizations is highly preferred.
