This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement regional and national go-to-market strategies to meet ambitious revenue and market share targets.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of seasoned sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing enhancement.
• Propel organizational transformation and scalability by establishing repeatable processes, productivity frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
• Shape cross-functional strategies by closely collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to synchronize market insights with company objectives.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive business growth and reinforce Abnormal’s market presence.
• Manage forecasting and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy, predictability, and operational excellence in revenue reporting.
• Broaden the partner ecosystem by cultivating strategic alliances with new and existing channel partners to optimize regional impact.
• Voice the needs of the field during strategic planning discussions with senior leadership, contributing to company-wide growth strategies and budgetary decisions.
• Over 6 years of experience leading high-achieving sales teams focused on acquiring new business and securing new logos.
• More than 3 years of direct experience in cybersecurity sales, consistently surpassing multi-million-dollar revenue goals.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive sales strategies that fulfill long-term business targets.
• Proven success in influencing executive stakeholders and fostering alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Strong market analysis and business insight, with the capacity to identify emerging opportunities and competitive dynamics.
• Expertise in managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and deal sizes ranging from $100K to $500K+.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to talent development and team scaling.
• Experience in utilizing consultative and value-driven sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale).
• Capability to function effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Actual compensation will be determined based on various non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
• In addition to the base salary, this role may qualify for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
