This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and manage the strategic portfolio for Marathon Health’s care navigation products, encompassing vision, roadmap, investment prioritization, and performance metrics.
• Provide enterprise-level strategic oversight for all product areas related to care navigation at Marathon Health, collaborating with primary care to minimize fragmentation in the care journey and significantly lower the most costly factors of healthcare expenditures.
• Define and utilize advanced analytics and performance indicators to facilitate personalized, outcome-driven multi-channel care delivery.
• Design and manage a cohesive, scalable navigation experience that integrates internal clinical services with external partners.
• Lead, collaborate, and align across departments to create, promote, and drive the uptake of innovative solutions aimed at expanding the range of services offered.
• Manage portfolio governance, including frameworks for prioritization, funding decisions, and trade-off management.
• Accountable for shaping and steering the strategic direction of Care Navigation products, while also overseeing tactical initiatives through planning, business process management, program/project management, and change management.
• Create and uphold a multi-year strategic roadmap that includes clear business cases, measurable KPIs, and visibility for executives.
• Define the framework for ‘what’, ‘when’, and ‘why’ regarding product features or operational requests.
• Gain a thorough understanding of users, markets, and the competitive environment to guide strategic decisions and differentiation.
• Conduct market research and validation to pinpoint growth opportunities and new revenue sources.
• Establish processes essential for the effective development, documentation, implementation, and operation of core products.
• Collaborate with market leaders and executives to enhance product performance and achieve desired results.
• Propel cross-functional initiatives alongside technology, marketing, sales, and operations.
• A Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of proven experience in commercial product management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 7 years of leadership experience, including managing and developing product teams and executing large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Preferred experience in a startup or rapidly growing company with a background in launching products from concept to market in a healthcare context.
• Expertise in driving portfolio-level strategy and execution, encompassing business case development, investment prioritization, lifecycle management, and performance evaluation.
• Preferred experience in owning or influencing P&L, budgeting, and financial outcomes.
