Director, Capital Markets Strategy – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for Arc's capital markets ecosystem.

• Identify valuable market opportunities and create the strategic roadmap.

• Design intricate partnership and commercial frameworks.

• Drive product investments to enhance adoption.

• Build and expand the capital markets ecosystem at Arc.

• Establish a network of partners, use cases, and market participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, enterprise partnerships, business development, or similar strategic roles.

• Proven track record in defining and executing strategies in highly ambiguous, zero-to-one, or emerging market settings.

• Strong ability to influence executive leaders and foster alignment across diverse organizations without direct authority.

• Experience in developing new business lines, ecosystem strategies, marketplace models, platform businesses, or initiatives driven by network growth.

• Extensive experience in structuring complex enterprise partnerships, commercial agreements, and strategic alliances with significant value exchange.

• Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to map value chains, pinpoint leverage points, and formulate scalable growth strategies.

• Outstanding communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience engaging senior leaders both internally and externally.

• In-depth knowledge of capital markets infrastructure, including securities issuance, trading, settlement, custody, market structure, or institutional investing (Preferred).

• Familiarity with tokenization, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, real-world assets, or emerging financial technologies (Preferred).
