This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Define and spearhead the formation of a new team by establishing its operational model, roles, standards, and priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a unified team focused on campaign marketing, intent-driven orchestration (6Sense), and paid media.
• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns that span Business Units (BU), cross-BU initiatives, and entire portfolio campaigns.
• Align the campaign strategy with the overarching business strategy.
• Direct the 6Sense practice for identifying buying groups, intent scoring, and orchestration activities.
• Develop the paid media strategy and manage the Paid Media budget for BU, cross-BU, and portfolio-wide campaigns.
• Manage relationships with agencies for media and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Management (PMM) leads to transform positioning and messaging into campaign assets, offers, and customer journeys.
• Establish and report on the team’s contribution to both sourced and influenced pipeline.
• Coordinate with marketing operations on campaign instrumentation, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Serve as the key link between campaign execution and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• A minimum of 8 years in B2B campaign or demand marketing, including at least 3 years of experience in leadership and team building.
• Proven ownership of a pipeline number and a history of generating measurable growth through marketing initiatives.
• Proficient understanding of both MQL waterfall qualification and buying-group qualified account (BQA) models.
• Hands-on experience with 6Sense or a similar intent and orchestration platform.
• Direct experience in managing paid media strategies and budgets across search, social, programmatic, and syndication channels.
• Demonstrated ability in managing agency partnerships across creative, media, or campaign execution aspects.
• Strong operational discipline, process design capabilities, measurement rigor, and consistent execution across teams.
• Ability to define structure and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Experience collaborating with product marketing and marketing operations in a matrixed enterprise setting.
• Preferred experience in the enterprise software or technology sector.
