This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with executive leaders across Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and Sales to propel strategic initiatives.
• Oversee multiple enterprise projects concurrently in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
• Operate at the convergence of business strategy, operational excellence, systems implementation, and acquisition integration.
• Manage and nurture a team of project managers, business analysts, and data analysts.
• Occasionally travel to support acquisitions, integrations, and strategic business initiatives (approximately 10–25%).
• Spearhead the company’s business transformation roadmap, converting strategic priorities into actionable programs with measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience throughout the organization.
• Propel process improvement initiatives, enterprise system implementations, and technology modernization efforts.
• Design and uphold the business architecture that aligns strategy, processes, data, and technology.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to ensure investments align with long-term company objectives.
• Assist in acquisition due diligence activities, encompassing operational assessments and systems evaluations.
• Lead post-acquisition integration efforts across personnel, processes, systems, and data.
• Construct repeatable integration frameworks that expedite value realization for future acquisitions.
• Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to keep initiatives on course.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience leading business transformation, enterprise programs, systems implementations, management consulting engagements, or related initiatives.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading and developing teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Experience with implementing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or data management systems.
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including integration planning and execution.
• Ability to convert complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Preferred experience in leading analytics functions, automation initiatives, or AI-enabled business enhancements.
• Preferred experience in field service, healthcare services, laboratory services, or other service-oriented industries.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs dictate.
