• Leads transformation initiatives across the enterprise or specific business units.
• Develops transformation strategies and converts enterprise priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Advocates for extensive AI-driven process redesign and technology implementation projects.
• Collaborates with VPs and senior leaders throughout Sedgwick's businesses and IT departments.
• Establishes governance at the enterprise level, including success metrics and frameworks for realizing benefits.
• Promotes a culture that embraces data-driven decision-making and ongoing improvement.
• Guarantees that transformation results are integrated into operational models.
• Acts as a trusted advisor, exhibiting executive presence and strategic acumen.
• Develops business cases to illustrate clear return on investment for prioritized projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in business transformation and/or AI are preferred but not mandatory.
• Seven to ten (7-10) years of relevant experience in business transformation is required.
• Background in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B settings is essential.
• Experience in the financial services industry (insurance, banking) is highly preferred.
