This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement a top-tier Business Strategy & Intelligence function; align and develop a large team across Monetization, Customer Insights, and Business Intelligence to facilitate executive decision-making within the first 6 months.

• Create a comprehensive overview of the business that distinctly highlights areas of genuine revenue and product adoption growth versus those that merely appear to be growing.

• Determine which customer segments, industries, and products are experiencing growth, decline, or are under-monetized—and convert this analysis into prioritized opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify focus areas (accounts, segments, industries) and necessary changes to drive growth.

• Enhance visibility into pipeline health, stage conversions, and forecast risks; support more accurate and actionable forecasting.

• Assess discounting practices, margins, and packaging effectiveness; offer recommendations to boost win rates, retention, and profitability.

• Redefine how business performance is reported to the C-suite; lead the development of KPI frameworks and Monthly Business Reviews that inform decisions rather than merely report data.

• Define clear ownership, definitions, and frameworks across Finance, Analytics, and Sales; empower leaders to access and interpret data uniformly.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields, with proven leadership capabilities.

• Demonstrated expertise in defining and building impactful BI functions or transformations.

• Experience in leading and scaling large, multi-functional analytics teams.

• Proven track record of supporting executive teams through strategic, decision-oriented analytics.

• Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market analytics, pipeline management, and forecasting.

• Experience in ad tech, media, or similar complex data environments (SSP/DSP preferred).

• Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable business strategies.

• Proficiency in BI tools (Looker preferred; experience with Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus).

• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python or similar tools is considered an advantage.
