Director, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Lead business operations across various countries.

• Manage and cultivate a team of Business Operations Partners.

• Oversee the establishment of offices, entity incorporation, and market launches.

• Supervise payroll implementation and adhere to local operational requirements.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

• Support recruiting operations, including recruiter onboarding and hiring processes.

• Plan and execute company events, offsites, and manage operational logistics.

• Monitor key initiatives and ensure timely completion of actions.

• Enhance processes as necessary to boost speed and reliability.

• Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or related roles.

• Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders involved.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.

• Comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.

• Capable of identifying problems, making decisions, and driving execution independently.

• High sense of ownership and a readiness to take responsibility for outcomes.
