This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acts as the key Business Finance partner for the CrossLab Consumables and Services Divisions, delivering financial leadership and decision-making support to Division VP/GMs and their teams.
• Collaborates intimately with commercial, product, R&D, and functional leaders to enhance business performance, guide investment choices, and promote profitable growth, utilizing assistance from the FP&A Center of Excellence (COE) for standardized planning, reporting, and analytics.
• Work alongside Division business leaders to offer financial expertise, challenge assumptions, and aid in operational decision-making across geographically diverse businesses.
• Direct financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for designated businesses, converting business drivers into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Assist commercial, marketing, and service leaders in maximizing recurring revenue through pricing strategies, product mix, customer retention, installed base penetration, attach rates, service contract performance, and commercial investments.
• Track business performance, pinpointing risks, opportunities, and actions to enhance growth, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Supervise business cases and financial analyses to support investments, product development, commercial initiatives, and portfolio strategies.
• Collaborate with the FP&A COE to ensure high-quality planning, reporting, and analytical outputs, facilitating a greater emphasis on forward-looking business partnerships.
• Utilize data, automation, and AI-driven tools to boost forecasting accuracy, speed up insights, and enrich decision support.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related area; MBA, CPA, or a comparable advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in consumables, services, life sciences, diagnostics, manufacturing, or other recurring revenue sectors within a complex global organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of recurring revenue business models, including pricing strategies, service contract economics, installed base management, customer retention, product lifecycle management, and margin optimization.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior business leaders to influence strategy, assess investments, optimize resource allocation, and achieve profitable growth.
• Experience in leading financial planning, forecasting, business performance management, and executive decision support in a matrixed global environment.
• Proven track record of utilizing digital technologies, automation, AI, and advanced analytics to enhance finance effectiveness and business insight.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to distill complex business issues into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
