This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Build and nurture relationships with Financial Advisors.
• Provide education on Monroe's private credit offerings.
• Identify sales opportunities and enhance market share of their client allocations.
• Conduct individual meetings, group presentations, and conference calls.
• Offer comprehensive product knowledge and cultivate strong relationships with investors to achieve results.
• Participate in industry events and conferences as necessary.
• Develop and sustain an understanding of Monroe’s diverse platforms and offerings.
• Stay informed about industry and market trends.
• Employ management reporting tools to track sales and client activities.
• 5-10+ years of external Business Development experience in the advisor-sold sector.
• Strong connections in the independent wealth management channel, including Private Bank, Wirehouse, and Independent Broker-Dealer platforms.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising within the Wealth Management Channel.
• Established relationships across various wealth management channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related business field (preferred).
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
