This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of top-of-funnel pipeline generation by overseeing both inbound and outbound lead engagement through consistent and high-volume outreach in a dynamic setting.
• Handle inbound MQL follow-up, ensuring responses are provided within established SLAs, and prioritize leads according to their engagement and intent.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to create a qualified pipeline through targeted research and proactive outreach efforts.
• Develop, test, and refine messaging across various channels (phone, email, and LinkedIn, including cold calls) for multiple industries and personas.
• Maintain comprehensive CRM hygiene (HubSpot) with precise notes, data, activity tracking, and clearly defined next steps.
• Share insights and best practices with the Outbound process and your team to enhance the success of your colleagues.
• Represent rePurpose Global at industry conferences and events, sourcing and qualifying new leads, and directly contributing to pipeline generation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, along with 1-3 years of experience in a Sales role within a SaaS/Start-Up environment (including internship experience).
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads through a combination of inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting, utilizing cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
• Strong and confident communicator via email and phone, with an ability to quickly establish rapport.
• Highly organized and disciplined in prioritizing outreach, follow-ups, and tasks to ensure consistent pipeline progression.
• Initiative & Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven with a strong ambition to succeed.
• Comfortable in rapidly changing environments; adapts messaging, approach, and cadence based on effective strategies. Experience in a startup setting is preferred but not mandatory.
