This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, emphasizing outbound initiatives.
• Formulate and implement impactful marketing strategies.
• Cultivate client relationships and play a key role in brand advancement.
• Track industry trends and work with stakeholders to enhance strategies.
• Oversee the proposal process and drive lead generation.
• Conduct research to support new investment projects and improve service delivery.
• Provide reports on key marketing metrics and organize promotional events.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related area, ideally in property or association management.
• Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with social media, email marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
• Strong grasp of graphic design and UI best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, allocate resources, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs., with most work being seated and occasional standing or walking.
