This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Utilize your extensive understanding of customers, the industry, and the competitive landscape to shape and propel the long-term growth strategy for Solstice Advanced Materials' Mobile AC division on a global scale.
β’ Take ownership of developing and implementing strategies to penetrate both existing and new markets, leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative 3-in-a-box model alongside sales and technology.
β’ Possess a strong grasp of our value proposition and convert market insights into strategic initiatives.
β’ Advocate for innovation and growth in new segments at the executive level, nurturing and managing high-impact strategic customer relationships, while spearheading the identification and assessment of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships.
β’ Over 10 years of professional experience in business development or commercial leadership within the Automotive Industry or related fields.
β’ A demonstrated history of successful business acquisition, high-value contract negotiation, and the ability to sell technical solutions while articulating and defending compelling value propositions to C-suite executives.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, electrical, or mechanical engineering; an MBA is preferred.
β’ A strong desire to succeed, exceptional influencing abilities at all organizational levels, keen market awareness, and robust strategic business insight.
β’ Capability to lead and inspire cross-functional and international teams, promoting a high-performance culture in diverse environments. Experience in mentoring talent and enhancing organizational capacity is essential.
β’ High emotional intelligence with the ability to foster a motivating and collaborative environment.
β’ Proficient written, verbal, and listening communication skills across all organizational levels.
β’ Ability to convey complex strategies clearly, concisely, and decisively, translating vision into actionable plans with measurable accountability.
