This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of the complete business development cycle for integrated facility services in the education sector.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of complex, multi-site opportunities throughout school districts and campus settings.
• Identify and focus on key accounts within K-12, private universities, and higher education systems.
• Lead consultative discovery processes to align solutions with institutional priorities, such as budget limitations, deferred maintenance, and campus standards.
• Navigate environments with multiple stakeholders, engaging finance leaders, facilities teams, procurement, and governing bodies.
• Design and position integrated service models that achieve a balance between operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and long-term performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop, price, and structure solutions that meet client needs.
• Manage RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations in both public and private sector procurement settings.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools.
• Achieve revenue, margin, and long-term contract value goals.
• 7–10+ years of experience in solution-oriented selling in facility services, outsourcing, or managed services.
• Direct experience with K-12 school districts and/or higher education institutions.
• A proven history of successfully closing large, multi-year contracts (typically $1M+ annually).
• Strong understanding of integrated facility management models, including bundled service delivery across technical and soft services.
• Experience in navigating procurement-driven environments and formal RFP procedures.
• Ability to translate operational solutions into tangible financial and institutional value.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both executive-level and operational stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams.
• A degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel based on client requirements (approximately 60–70%).
