• Ensure the smooth transition of client expectations to operational teams.
• At least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development and the in-licensing of pharmaceutical products.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles within the healthcare service sector.
• Familiarity with the Canadian regulatory landscape and processes involved in bringing a pharmaceutical product to market.
• A university degree in Science, Business, Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in commercialization and regulatory business development.
• Expertise in negotiation and key account management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in project and time management.
• Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bilingualism is a plus.
