This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Generates revenue from new clients while executing cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales to existing clients.
• Exhibits enthusiasm and commitment to the company’s vision, fostering excitement for the organization’s mission.
• Evaluates client requirements and suggests suitable products, services, and solutions.
• Prepares and presents sales bids, proposals, and presentations.
• Formulates short-, medium-, and long-term sales strategies, aimed at nurturing, expanding, and diversifying relationships with targeted clients.
• Engages in networking, cultivates potential leads, and follows up to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborates with operations leaders, subject matter experts, and executive leadership to devise tailored solutions for prospective clients.
• Works alongside marketing to develop messaging that highlights brand value.
• Establishes a robust pipeline of projects for Veranex, including multi-year, multi-phase programs that yield significant and reliable revenue.
• Enhances global awareness and credibility regarding Veranex’s capacity and capabilities.
• Effectively employs digital tools and CRM systems to continually update prospecting targets and manage the opportunity funnel.
• Utilizes both traditional and modern digital strategies to prospect and network for lead generation.
• Interacts with potential clients and collaborates with Veranex subject matter experts to issue and refine proposals, ultimately closing sales.
• Establishes formal networks with key decision-makers and acts as an external representative for the organization.
• Achieves consistent sales growth on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Demonstrated experience in selling medtech services within complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Proven success in selling device design and development services in the MedTech sector.
• In-depth knowledge of value-based service selling within this field (integrated design and development/engineering).
• Strong background in territory planning, account targeting, prospecting, and executing the overall sales process alongside account management.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools to effectively manage pipeline development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment with operational, financial, and business development leaders.
• Experience in designing and quoting R&D, preclinical, and/or clinical and regulatory services.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with Med Tech Regulatory Affairs, Quality Systems Management, Clinical Research, Preclinical Research, Product Design and Development, Market Access, and Reimbursement.
