📋 Description

• Utilize your extensive understanding of customers, the industry, and the competitive landscape to shape and drive the long-term growth strategy for Solstice Advanced Materials' Mobile AC business on a global scale.

• Take ownership of the formulation and implementation of strategies aimed at penetrating both existing and new markets, leading cross-functional teams using a 3-in-a-box model alongside sales and technology.

• Possess a strong grasp of our value proposition and convert market insights into strategic guidance.

• Advocate for innovation and growth in emerging segments at the executive level.

• Establish and nurture impactful strategic customer relationships.

• Spearhead the identification and assessment of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in business development or commercial leadership within the Automotive Industry or related sectors.

• Demonstrated success in business acquisition, high-value contract negotiations, and selling technical solutions, with the capability to articulate and defend compelling value propositions to C-suite executives.

• Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, electrical, or mechanical engineering; MBA preferred.

• Strong competitive drive, exceptional influencing abilities across all organizational levels, acute market awareness, and solid strategic business insight.

• Capacity to lead and motivate cross-functional and international teams, promoting a high-performance culture in diverse environments. Experience in mentoring talent and enhancing organizational capability.

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to foster a motivating and collaborative work atmosphere.

• Proficient written, verbal, and listening communication skills at all organizational levels.

• Capability to clearly and decisively articulate complex strategies and translate vision into actionable plans with measurable accountability.
