This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Operate within a designated territory to identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
• Conduct research and formulate a strategy for penetrating your assigned area.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies.
• Develop trusted relationships with potential customers, comprehend their needs, and suggest appropriate Sitero solutions/products.
• Achieve and exceed your sales targets.
• Participate in conferences and represent Sitero's Clinical and eClinical offerings.
• Propel customer expansion efforts by pinpointing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist in managing RFIs/RFPs, vendor qualifications, and audits for current accounts.
• Oversee all procurement activities, including purchase orders, change orders, amendments, and MSA renewals.
• Manage the onboarding process for the customer base, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation of Sitero.
• Work closely with other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Collect formal customer feedback and ensure that Customer Satisfaction goals are met.
• Responsible for client finances, including purchase orders and seeking opportunities for organic growth within the customer portfolio.
• Provide accurate forecasts for bookings and revenue to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• At least 5 years of experience working with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), Life Sciences technology firm, or Pharmaceutical/Biotech company.
• Prior experience as a CRA, CTM, or in Clinical Operations is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in external Business Development, Account Management, or a related sales/commercial role is preferred.
• A 4-year degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Strong understanding and experience with sales databases like Salesforce, as well as skills in pipelining and cold calling to generate new business.
• Must be open to traveling up to 50% of the time.
