This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivates relationships at the senior levels of pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms.

• Establishes connections to optimize intra-client opportunities.

• Maintains robust client relationships to foster new and expanded business prospects.

• Develops tailored sales presentations and creates proposals.

• Designs research plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Monitors client satisfaction across all ongoing projects.

• Organizes a timely RFP process for effective contract renewals.

• Provides individual account insights for the forecasting process.

• Sets up and oversees the sales cycle for clients.

• Collaborates directly with subject matter experts throughout the sales process.

• Demonstrates initiative in ongoing professional development.

• Manages the engagement of selected business partners.

• Ensures successful implementation of newly onboarded programs.

• Acts as a liaison between the client and operations.

• Gathers information, analyzes data, and develops strategies regarding market dynamics.

• Responsible for managing defined accounts.

• Identifies sales opportunities and responds to leads and referrals.

• Understands the client's business strategy and objectives.

• Ensures effective management of internal processes for opportunity identification, structuring, and execution.

• Maintains accurate records of prospect and client information.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive training in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Master’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in consultative selling for premium products in life sciences.

• Dynamic skills in customer relations.

• Proven track record of functioning as a business manager.

• Excellent long-term strategic thinker; practical in approach.

• Superior analytical abilities related to financial modeling; fluent in profitability calculations.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficient working knowledge of computers necessary for effective operation with company systems and programs.
