This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Grow our current client portfolio in the United States.
• Proactively seek and utilize potential new business opportunities within designated Customers/Accounts.
• Build robust, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at Accounts and gain in-depth understanding of the Customer/Account organization.
• Evaluate potential opportunities and create comprehensive business plans and sales strategies for each Customer/Account.
• Ensure that the appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to the Customer/Account.
• Manage the entire sales process, including assembling the right team for presentations and conducting the sales pitch.
• Collaborate with Project Managers/Directors and Operations to quickly escalate and resolve Customer/Account issues and concerns.
• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.
• Proven skills in sales or business development, ideally for a Contract Research Organization or a company offering services to the healthcare sector.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in business development within the CRO sales field.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
