• Proficient in NPV, IRR, NOI, cap rates, and lease economics — no cheat sheet needed.
• A blend of sophistication and humility; you can engage effectively with a CFO or REIT CEO while remembering the name of the elevator attendant.
• Persistent; you understand the importance of playing the long game.
• Creative deal-making abilities; you can see how various elements fit together and structure deals innovatively.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; you thrive in environments without a complete playbook and contribute to the creation of one.
