📋 Description

• Propel Lumen's next phase of growth as a transaction advisor.

• Take ownership of and surpass quarterly and annual booking objectives.

• Forge strong connections with senior decision-makers in real estate and investment firms.

• Manage the complete deal cycle: from prospecting and discovery to financial modeling, proposal, negotiation, and contracting.

• Assist customers through competitive bid evaluations and complex contract negotiations.

• Represent Lumen at industry conferences and during C-suite discussions.

• Maintain the CRM and pipeline with outstanding diligence.

• Transform customer requirements into precise platform feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (brokerage, acquisitions, leasing, asset management), investment banking, private equity, or a similar deal-oriented field.

• Proficient in NPV, IRR, NOI, cap rates, and lease economics — no cheat sheet needed.

• A blend of sophistication and humility; you can engage effectively with a CFO or REIT CEO while remembering the name of the elevator attendant.

• Persistent; you understand the importance of playing the long game.

• Creative deal-making abilities; you can see how various elements fit together and structure deals innovatively.

• Entrepreneurial spirit; you thrive in environments without a complete playbook and contribute to the creation of one.
