This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel Lumen’s next phase of growth as a transaction advisor.
• Take ownership of and surpass quarterly and annual booking objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with high-level decision-makers in real estate and investment firms.
• Manage the complete deal cycle: prospecting, discovery, financial modeling, proposal, negotiation, and contracting.
• Assist customers through competitive bid evaluations and critical contract negotiations.
• Represent Lumen at industry conferences and during C-suite discussions.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline with outstanding diligence.
• Transform customer requirements into precise platform insights.
• 8+ years of experience in CRE (brokerage, acquisitions, leasing, asset management), investment banking, private equity, or a similar deal-focused setting.
• Familiarity with NPV, IRR, NOI, cap rates, and lease economics — no cheat sheet needed.
• A blend of sophistication and humility. You can engage confidently with a CFO or REIT CEO while remembering the name of the elevator attendant.
• Tenacity. You understand the value of playing the long game.
• Innovative deal-making abilities. You can see how different components fit together and structure deals in a creative manner.
