• Finalize long-term, multi-site agreements utilizing consultative selling and value demonstration
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance messaging and optimize sales processes
• Supply market intelligence regarding landlord priorities, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
• Three to six years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a background in commercial real estate, property management, multifamily, hospitality, or facility management
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas through active prospecting and relationship development
• Experience selling within property-related sectors — understanding building management, decision-makers, and how to present value to property stakeholders
• Strong hunter mentality with the capability to generate opportunities, build trust rapidly, and independently close deals
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging property executives and decision-makers
• Comfortable operating in uncertain environments and driven by the chance to create something from the ground up
• Proficient with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
