• Act as the Hospital Services development executive within 1 to 2 operating groups generating over $1B.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering long-term growth.
• Collaborate with the Hospital division leadership team to assess market trends.
• Formulate strategies for the division to meet the Company’s goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and negotiate renal partnerships with designated Hospitals and Systems.
• Build robust relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee key deliverables and create executive presentations.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• An MBA, MPH, or a relevant advanced degree is desirable.
• Over 5 years of transactional experience in Corporate Development and sales.
• Extensive experience within the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other related tools.
