• Acts as the main strategic partner for Divisional Vice Presidents (DVPs) and Regional Operations Directors (RODs).
• Fosters trust by proactively proposing new ideas, spotting growth opportunities, and independently steering market strategy.
• Takes complete responsibility for the growth pipeline, which includes acquisitions, joint ventures, and new service offerings such as Value-Based Care.
• Serves as the primary "door opener" for DaVita in the designated market.
• Develops materials and presentations with a high degree of autonomy and strategic insight.
• Synthesizes complex information and data to deliver actionable recommendations.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related discipline is required.
• An MBA or MHA is strongly preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or healthcare operations is required.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence senior operations leaders and external partners is required.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with healthcare M&A, value-based care, or joint ventures is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
• Willingness to travel: Up to 30-40% travel within the assigned regions/markets.
