This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Act as the Hospital Services development executive within 1 to 2 $1 billion-plus operating groups.
• Spearhead initiatives that promote sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with the Hospital division leadership team to assess market trends.
• Formulate strategies for the division to meet the Company's goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and negotiate renal partnerships with designated Hospitals and Systems.
• Build robust relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee essential deliverables and prepare presentations for executives.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• An MBA, MPH, or a related graduate degree is highly desirable.
• Over 5 years of transaction experience in Corporate Development and sales.
• Extensive work experience within the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and additional relevant tools.
