This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the complete sales process to secure valuable partnerships with enterprise organizations and rapidly growing AI startups throughout the United States.
• Develop and implement a focused pursuit strategy for emerging sectors in AI, such as LLM development, Computer Vision, and innovative Generative AI technologies.
• Work collaboratively with internal product and engineering teams to design customized AI service solutions, including RLHF, adversarial testing, data curation, and model evaluation.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with CTOs, Heads of AI, and VP-level stakeholders, positioning the organization as a strategic partner to their engineering teams.
• Serve as a principal stakeholder in the Go-To-Market process, converting market insights into actionable sales strategies and enhanced service offerings.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader and key spokesperson at top industry conferences, summits, and executive roundtables.
• Oversee a rigorous sales pipeline with a data-driven methodology, ensuring precise forecasting and a reliable trajectory to surpass quarterly revenue goals.
• Function as a frontline observer for the organization, recognizing shifts in the AI landscape, competitor strategies, and emerging client challenges.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to guarantee a smooth transition from "signed contract" to "operational success" for all new clients.
• Drive complex commercial negotiations, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial, scalable, and safeguard the organization’s long-term interests.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B account management within AI services, customer success, business development, or client services in AI companies.
• Ideally experienced in supporting enterprise accounts or high-growth startup businesses.
• Proven ability to proactively create new opportunities through relationship-building, attending in-person events, and engaging with the ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts with a systematic and scalable strategy.
• Experience collaborating with technical or product-oriented clients and translating their requirements into talent or service solutions.
• Enthusiasm for participating in and influencing the startup and AI community.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; adept at navigating ambiguity while providing structure through effective processes and execution.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including using dashboards and metrics to guide strategy and evaluate performance.
