Director, Business Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the analytics vision and roadmap for Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

• Lead, nurture, and expand a team of over 15 professionals.

• Act as the main analytics partner to the leadership team at Engine.

• Collaborate with Growth leadership to establish a solid analytical foundation.

• Provide the revenue organization with essential insights.

• Work alongside Finance to enhance revenue reporting and assess business performance.

• Develop and continually refine a top-tier analytics operating model.

• Advance the analytics culture within the team and cultivate strong business partnerships.

• Detect deficiencies in the underlying data and enhance instrumentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or a related analytical field.

• More than 5 years of experience managing analytics teams, including overseeing other managers.

• Proven track record as a strategic analytics partner.

• Exceptional ability to link analytics efforts to revenue growth.

• Proficient in SQL with a strong comfort level handling large datasets.

• Experience in developing scalable analytics processes.

• In-depth knowledge of metrics that influence commercial success.

• Background in a high-growth, product-driven environment.
