
Director, Brand Insights – Rare Neurology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee primary market research, competitive intelligence, and business analytics for the respective rare asset.
• Concentrate insights efforts on preparation for launches as well as both launch and ongoing phases in the United States.
• Create and execute actionable insight generation to shape business decisions, meet patient and customer requirements, and enhance brand performance.
• Develop and take ownership of the insight plan for the pertinent asset.
• Manage associated budget and resources to ensure effective execution.
• Act as a player/coach while leading the insights team.
• Collaborate with the relevant asset brand team, Market Access Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Global stakeholders.
• Combine primary and secondary data into cohesive information and insights.
• Utilize customer, market, prescription, patient-level, sales, and payer data to inform business decisions.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and foster internal relationships.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in customer insights and analytics within the pharmaceutical industry or related consulting environments.
• Experience in rare diseases is essential.
• Background in launching and/or managing rare or nano rare diseases.
• Proven experience driving insights during launch and ongoing phases in the United States.
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in generating insights.
• Proficient in integrating primary and secondary data into cohesive information and insights.
• Excellent people management, budget accountability, and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with secondary data sources, including prescription data, patient-level data, sales data, and payer data.
• Ability to creatively and innovatively solve complex business challenges.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and influence decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in immunology, neurology, nephrology, or oncology is advantageous.
