This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive measurement of marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Establish and uphold the tracking strategy across web, media, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
• Spearhead the implementation and quality assurance of tagging, event tracking, dataLayer specifications, UTM governance, and campaign taxonomy.
• Collaborate with channel, web, marketing operations, sales operations, and data teams to ensure accurate capture and seamless flow of campaign data into downstream systems.
• Confirm that leads, responses, and campaign interactions are properly integrated into marketing automation systems and accurately synchronized with CRM.
• Ensure that campaigns are configured correctly, allowing source, medium, campaign, content, and other essential dimensions to persist throughout the entire funnel.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that marketing-sourced activities are directed to the appropriate sales representatives and linked to the correct pipeline and revenue results.
• Develop quality assurance processes to identify tracking, ingestion, synchronization, routing, and attribution issues before they impact reporting.
• Examine inconsistencies in attribution, conversion tracking, lead counts, pipeline, and revenue, resolving these at the source.
• Convert business inquiries into tracking requirements, naming conventions, field mappings, and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams on data models, source integration, identity resolution, and reporting methodologies.
• Generate clear documentation for tracking requirements, campaign setup standards, field definitions, and operational processes.
• Assist leadership in comprehending what can be measured, what cannot, and identifying areas of data quality risk.
• Proven experience in B2B or demand generation measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to create measurement plans that align media platforms with business outcomes across a buying committee and full sales cycle.
• Extensive experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a comparable role.
• Proficient hands-on knowledge of Google Tag Manager and contemporary digital measurement techniques.
• Strong grasp of front-end tracking requirements, including event design, dataLayer specifications, tag behavior, cookies, consent implications, and quality assurance workflows.
• Familiarity with GA4 and associated web analytics tools.
• Solid working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, including the processes for creating, enriching, synchronizing, routing, and reporting records.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar systems.
• Background in managing account-based platforms like Demandbase and 6sense.
• Comprehensive understanding of campaign taxonomy, UTMs, click IDs, lead capture methods, offline conversion flows, and attribution logic.
• Experience ensuring that campaign and source data remains intact during transitions across ad platforms, websites, forms, automation tools, CRM, and pipeline reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot across technical and operational layers, from tag configuration to field mapping and seller handoff logic.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, analysts, marketers, and sellers while maintaining focus.
• Strong quality assurance instincts and a low tolerance for vague definitions or disrupted handoffs.
• Capability to transform disorganized business processes into clear measurement frameworks and repeatable operational guidelines.
