This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive measurement of marketing’s influence on pipeline and revenue.

• Establish and uphold the tracking strategy across various platforms including web, media, marketing automation, and CRM systems.

• Spearhead the implementation and quality assurance of tagging, event tracking, dataLayer specifications, UTM governance, and campaign taxonomy.

• Collaborate with channel, web, marketing operations, sales operations, and data teams to ensure accurate capture and seamless flow of campaign data into downstream systems.

• Guarantee that leads, responses, and campaign interactions are properly integrated into marketing automation platforms and accurately synchronized with CRM.

• Confirm that campaigns are configured correctly to ensure that source, medium, campaign, content, and other vital dimensions are maintained throughout the entire funnel.

• Work alongside sales and operations teams to ensure that marketing-sourced activities are assigned to the appropriate sellers and linked to the correct pipeline and revenue results.

• Develop quality assurance processes that identify breaks in tracking, ingestion, synchronization, routing, and attribution prior to impacting reporting.

• Examine discrepancies in attribution, conversion tracking, lead counts, pipeline, and revenue, and correct them at the source.

• Convert business inquiries into tracking requirements, naming conventions, field mappings, and measurement plans.

• Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams on data models, source integration, identity resolution, and reporting logic.

• Produce clear documentation outlining tracking requirements, campaign setup standards, field definitions, and operational workflows.

• Assist leadership in understanding what aspects are measurable, what are not, and identifying areas where data quality risks may exist.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B or demand generation measurement.

• Expertise in creating measurement plans that align media platforms with business outcomes spanning a buying committee and a complete sales cycle.

• Strong background in marketing analytics, data strategy, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Google Tag Manager and contemporary digital measurement practices.

• Robust understanding of front-end tracking requirements, including event design, dataLayer criteria, tag behavior, cookies, consent implications, and quality assurance workflows.

• Familiarity with GA4 and associated web analytics tools.

• Comprehensive working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, including the processes for record creation, enrichment, synchronization, routing, and reporting.

• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms.

• Experience managing account-based platforms like Demandbase and 6sense.

• Solid grasp of campaign taxonomy, UTMs, click IDs, lead capture methods, offline conversion flows, and attribution logic.

• Proven ability to validate that campaign and source data remains intact during transitions across ad platforms, websites, forms, automation tools, CRM, and pipeline reporting.

• Capability to troubleshoot across both technical and operational layers, from tag configuration through to field mapping and seller handoff logic.

• Comfort in collaborating with engineers, analysts, marketers, and sellers while maintaining clarity on objectives.

• Strong quality assurance instincts and a low tolerance for ambiguous definitions or broken handoffs.

• Ability to transform complex business processes into clear measurement frameworks and repeatable operational rules.
