Director, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the VP overseeing global operations and the SVP, Head of GBS, to establish the automation strategy utilizing RPA, AI, and low/no-code platforms.

• Oversee the execution of automation and other enabling technology initiatives in alignment with timeline, budget, and business requirements.

• Provide governance committees and leadership with insights into project progress and results.

• Work alongside colleagues to ensure that automation and technology projects incorporate strategies for adopting new policies, procedures, technologies, and processes.

• Confirm that documentation and training materials are updated to reflect any alterations in processes.

• Monitor results related to automation and supportive technology projects, ensuring the standardization of implementation across the organization, and iterate as necessary to meet required outcomes.

• Maintain and update Pega and other platforms under the management of GBS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience.

• Capability to manage resources beyond your direct control.

• Experience in Project Management.

• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• Technological background with extensive experience in delivering automation and process improvement projects in a global finance setting.

• Strong expertise and hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI tools/workflows to enhance process efficiency and business intelligence.

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and experience in business analytics.

• Experience with AI/RPA implementations from the initial design phase through to execution.

• Familiarity with CRM (ticketing system) functionalities, including call center or similar implementations.

• Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level audiences.
