Director, Audience Solutions – Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert RFPs and requests from account managers/business development into tailored audience solutions.

• Utilize AI tools to construct audiences, evaluate queries and counts, and modify lookback windows, purchase frequency, and category breadth.

• Oversee the data dictionary and audience taxonomy; suggest segments to introduce, eliminate, or redefine.

• Develop recommendations for clients and engage in client calls, presentations, and RFP responses as the audience specialist.

• Track audiences and recognize trends that reveal valuable new audience opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance AI tools for audience-building purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ad tech, retail media, or data marketplaces, specifically in audience, product, or customer success roles.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients in CPG, grocery, convenience store, snacks, and beverages sectors.

• Practical experience in constructing audience segments for activation.

• Familiarity with LiveRamp.

• Understanding of DSPs and marketplaces.

• Proficient in SQL (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar environments).

• Strong insight into how audiences are defined and sized, and the ability to balance precision with scale.

• Sufficient data skills to review and refine AI-generated queries, validate counts, and correct audience definitions.

• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for client interactions.

• Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily work routines.
