This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Amazon business as a General Manager, responsible for net sales, market share growth, profitability, and long-term strategic vision.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans for 1–3 years and annual operating plans that align with both company and customer priorities.
• Spearhead annual vendor negotiations (AVN) and customer planning processes to secure strategic growth opportunities and favorable financial outcomes.
• Lead the pricing strategy, promotional optimization, trade investment management, and operational fee oversight.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to enhance visibility into profitability drivers and optimize investment distribution across media, trade, and product assortment.
• Ensure that Amazon priorities are incorporated into enterprise planning processes and routines.
• Advocate for best-in-class digital shelf execution by setting standards for product detail page content, search optimization, ratings & reviews, and “Perfect Screen” metrics.
• Promote operational excellence in forecasting, inventory management, supply planning, and execution.
• Manage senior-level relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers, Ads teams, Strategic Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional Amazon stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Amazon team across strategy, planning, media, operations, and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Sales, eCommerce, Customer Development, or General Management within CPG or related sectors.
• Extensive experience in leading Amazon or significant omnichannel eCommerce operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex P&Ls and achieving profitable growth.
• Strong comprehension of the Amazon retail ecosystem, retail media, supply chain, and digital commerce capabilities.
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders within a matrixed environment.
