This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with executives from clients (CMO, CTO, CDO) and the Genpact Experience / Adobe sales teams to gain insights into business objectives and challenges.
• Create strategic roadmaps and vision presentations that align Adobe technology with the client's long-term business goals.
• Act as the primary solution architect during the sales process for opportunities focused on Adobe.
• Regularly interact with clients in a consultative role.
• Serve as the champion for Genpact Experience’s Adobe ecosystem.
• Over 5 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or a digital strategy position (or a similar delivery role with significant client-facing solution design).
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets), Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, complemented by high emotional intelligence.
• Demonstrated success in shaping and securing large-scale digital experience projects.
• Understanding of marketing operations, content management processes, and current digital marketing trends.
