This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations and strategic direction of IRC Canada

• Supervise fundraising initiatives for both public and institutional sectors

• Act as a trustworthy advocate for IRC's programs within Canada

• Ensure adherence to Canadian employment regulations and governance requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of leadership experience within an international NGO or similar organization

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and the capability to thrive in uncertain environments

• Demonstrated ability to drive operational success and implement complex work plans

• Experience in securing and managing substantial grants

• Strong knowledge of the Canadian donor landscape

• Proficient in both French and English
