This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Amazon Business operations.
• Take charge of the comprehensive strategy, performance, and profitability for the Amazon channel.
• Create initiatives in pricing, merchandising, promotions, advertising, and product assortment to foster sustainable growth.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on forecasting, business planning, and long-term strategic direction.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to enhance channel performance.
• Oversee Advertising Performance.
• Manage Amazon advertising initiatives across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other pertinent advertising programs.
• Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, keyword management, and campaign structures to maximize profitable growth.
• Track key metrics such as TACoS, ROAS, contribution margin, conversion rate, and overall business health.
• Supervise Marketplace Operations.
• Ensure operational excellence within the Amazon business, including listing optimization and SEO, catalog management, A+ Content, Brand Registry, account health, inventory coordination, product launches, promotional planning and execution, and competitive monitoring.
• Establish scalable processes, documentation, dashboards, and workflows that enhance efficiency while reducing operational complexity.
• Forecasting & Business Planning.
• Create precise sales forecasts that support inventory planning and financial decision-making.
• Develop reports that offer visibility into business performance, profitability, promotional impacts, and marketplace trends.
• Utilize data to proactively pinpoint opportunities and suggest actionable improvements.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product Development, and executive leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture marketplace talent as the business expands.
• Construct scalable operational methods that enhance execution throughout the organization.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement.
• Stay informed of changes within the Amazon ecosystem and uncover new opportunities to enhance performance.
• Assess new merchandising strategies, pricing initiatives, advertising capabilities, and operational enhancements.
• Advocate for disciplined experimentation supported by data and measurable business outcomes.
• Over 7 years of experience leading Amazon marketplace operations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale Amazon revenue with complete P&L responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge in Amazon Advertising, listing optimization, SEO, Brand Registry, account health, catalog management, forecasting, and marketplace operations.
• Strong financial insight with experience in managing contribution margin, profitability, and promotional planning.
• Demonstrated capability to develop scalable systems, dashboards, and operational frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong skills in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality and the capacity to make informed decisions independently.
