Director, Asset Protection – EHS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of around 15 AP/EHS leaders, responsible for reducing shrink, maintaining inventory integrity, ensuring safety and security, preventing fraud, conducting investigations, managing cash handling, ensuring regulatory compliance, and responding to incidents.

• Create, implement, and consistently enhance regional AP & EHS strategies that align with the overall enterprise objectives.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on risk management and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Supervise all AP functions, focusing on shrink reduction and conducting internal investigations.

• Identify potential health and safety risks and develop strategies for prevention.

• Act as the main AP/EHS contact for designated Operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of AP and EHS strategies, investigations, and incident response within a multi-unit retail and logistics context.

• Demonstrated capability to lead other leaders and achieve results across large, geographically diverse teams.

• Strong skills in conflict resolution and decision-making, with the ability to function autonomously in high-pressure environments.

• Skilled in project planning and execution, with the capability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven reporting tools.

• In-depth knowledge of internal investigation methods within a retail setting.
