This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of significant AMS opportunities, encompassing solution development, winning strategies, RFP submissions, and the finalization of multi-year transformation contracts.
• Collaborate with sales and vertical leaders to define and finalize enterprise AMS projects while cultivating robust CXO-level relationships.
• Propel AMS growth throughout Europe by enhancing existing accounts and onboarding new enterprise clients.
• Aim to secure a minimum of two major deals (exceeding $15M annually) each year and acquire four new AMS customers annually while pinpointing new market possibilities.
• Establish and expand AMS delivery capabilities through global teams located onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
• Create reusable assets, accelerators, and automation frameworks while promoting operational excellence in cost efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Define innovative AMS offerings and spearhead initiatives, workshops, and proofs of value (PoVs).
• Over 15 years of experience in IT services.
• At least 10 years in leadership roles within Application Managed Services or large deal management.
• Proven track record in securing and delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programs (greater than $15M annually).
• Strong history in AMS sales, solution development, and comprehensive deal ownership.
• In-depth knowledge of AMS operating models, service delivery processes, and commercial structures.
• Experience with global delivery models, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
• Significant exposure to enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Cloud ecosystems.
• Demonstrated capability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop unique, competitive solutions.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and highly collaborative leadership approach.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel throughout Europe.
